L’alimentazione del cartone e il prelievo del prodotto finito vengono eseguiti senza interrompere il ciclo produttivo della macchina che viene controllato e gestito da un PLC. A tale macchina possono essere collegati sistemi dedicati per la gestione della lavorazione tra i quali: alimentatori motorizzati,
nastri trasportatori e sistemi di conteggio ed impilamento automatico dei prodotti finiti. La macchina è dotata di un sistema programmabile di pre-riscaldamento stampi che consente di avere il sistema alla corretta temperatura di utilizzo senza attese all’avvio del lavoro.

Hydraulic machine with two opposing stations fueled by die-cut cardboard able to work with 4 different molds simultaneously.
The feed of the cardboard, and the collection of the finished product are performed without interrupting the production cycle of the machine that is controlled and managed by a PLC. In this machine can be connected to dedicated systems for the management of the processing including: motorized feeders,
conveyor systems and automatic counting and stacking
finished products. The machine is equipped with a programmable system of pre-heating the molds which allows the system to have the correct operating temperature with no expectations at the start of work.
